IMS designed its credentialing process to comply not only with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), but also the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), Medicare, URAC and AAAHC standards.

IMS is a privately held, for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the state of Texas.  IMS takes pride in recruitment of quality professional and support personnel, efficiency of service to the medical community, and a high standard of performance within the company.
